Meet The Owner
Anna M. Valencia
APA, APR, ERPA
Anna is the owner and President of Tru-Retirement, Inc. Before she started her pension career, Anna served six years in the United States Army. After the military, she began her journey in the retirement plan industry. Throughout her career, she held significant positions, including the position of Vice President, Pension Operations for CNA Trust. In that role, she managed the pension administration, marketing and compliance departments.
Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. She holds multiple designations as an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA), Accredited Pension Representative (APR) and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA).
